Iberico Ham Acorn-fed Bellota 100% Pure: Cured for 24 months, this shoulder ham is a single piece obtained from the forelimbs of the Iberico pig, characterized by its streamline shape, fine shaft, black hoof, soft shiny fat, and smooth texture.
Serrano Ham Mini: Cured for 10 months, this ham has a delicate yet salty flavor and a pleasant, characteristic aroma, with a homogenous texture that is only slightly fibrous.
Serrano Ham Sliced: Cured for 12 months, this dry-cured serrano ham is a premium alternative to prosciutto, made from the best pork pieces selected to produce a 100% natural product with the best aroma and flavor.
All our hams are made with only natural ingredients, minimally processed, and contain no artificial ingredients, nitrates, or nitrites (except for the naturally occurring nitrates in sea salt). They are USDA approved and the hooves are removed according to US law.
Proper storage and handling are essential for the best quality and flavor. The hams should be stored away from sunlight and consumed within 6 months of purchase, with an opened shelf life of 1 month. The hams are presented in a cardboard box for safe transit.
